After many weeks of preparing for our first trip as retired Gray Nomads we finally have settled down in Les Medes camping in L'Estartit.
On our way down south we had a lovely weekend with our French friends Beatrice and Oliver and Bruno and Maeva.
Les Acacias is still a lovely camping. Billy, our little Spanish Jacky, had a great time at the river.
Monday morning, cold and rainy we were off. Viva les vacances.
Late in the afternoon we drove into L'Estartit and went straight to the Trill agency to see Regine and show her how big our little Spanish friend had grown. Who ever said dogs don't remember, well Billy sure did, he ran straight to the office, stood upright at the door to greet Regine. The day after we celebrated his first birthday.
On sunday we went with the motor to Gerona for the Floral Festival, again it was a feast for the eye and camera.
